Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard; Visa Electron; Visa, MasterCard; Visa Electron; prepaid credit cards; Your card will be charged upon shipment.
PayPal: For convenient online purchases, without having to enter your credit card details. Your account will be charged upon completion of your order. To register a new PayPal account, visit paypal.com.
Cash on delivery: This payment method is available for amounts under €1,000. Upon delivery, you must have the exact order amount available in cash, as indicated in the shipping confirmation email. The courier cannot give change and does not accept checks. For any refunds, you must provide a bank or postal account. This payment method has an additional cost of €3.
Bank transfer: In this case, you will receive an email with your order confirmation, along with complete instructions and your bank details for payment. The goods will be shipped only after we have verified receipt of the order.
We ship throughout Italy with a minimum order of €39.
You can decide to return any product purchased on orizo.it within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. prepare the package to be shipped making sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached
3. paste the pre-printed label on the outside of the package so as to cover (if present) the forwarding label
4. deliver the package to the post office in your area by requesting ordinary shipping (the cheapest). Alternatively you can send by express courier (faster delivery, but more expensive). The return shipping fee is charged to the customer.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you and the refund will not be made.
